It takes time.  Try to remember that we are still pretty young, comparatively.  I think most people our age are still living with their parents and only have part-time jobs (ahem... like Jarrod... though I love him for it).  Relax and remember that life doesn't end when you're 25, so you don't have to do everything by then.  Just enjoy life and don't worry about plans.  I ceartainly didn't do much planning... I'm still flying through life by the seat of my pants, and look where I ended up!
